Hi All,

Following up on a reported Pacific Loon yesterday, we headed down to Humber Bay
Park East at 7pm, and walked to the southwest point (on the eastern side of the
river), immediately finding a basic plumaged Red-throated Loon, also here was a
Horned Grebe and 3 very distant Red-necked Grebes.

I am not refuting the Pacific Loon report but I could not find this rarity.

Good birding,

DIRECTIONS:
Just west of downtown Toronto, exit the Gardiner Expwy at Park Lawn Rd and head
south, passing through the lights at Lakeshore Blvd, turn right at the next
road to head to the parking lot at the end of this road. Walk down to the lake
and scan, scope would be best.
