The adult breeding plumaged Laughing Gull is on the west side of Halls Rd in Whitby (as of 2:45pm) in a plowed field, across from the young coniferous forest, with about 15 RBGUs. Easily spotted with binoculars about 200m away from the road. Darker grey mantle, red bill and black head. Nice bird!
