Hi All, We found the Laughing Gull at about 4:15 pm at the edge of the pond across from the back of the Sobeys warehouse, on Nordeagle Ave. Nordeagle Ave. is at the end of Montecorte St. which goes off Victoria st. There were some shorebirds (unidentified) in the same spot.
At Halls Rd we found a few Caspian Terns down at the lake. Halls Rd runs south off Bayly/Victoria Streets in Whitby (just east of the Ajax border), exit off Hwy 401 at Brock STREET (Hwy 12) and head south to Victoria St., turn right/west until you see Halls Rd on the left (after seeing Lynde Shores CA).
