Greetings,

Early on the afternoon of Sept 23rd we (myself, Bob Pettit, Fred Urie et al)
had a male Anhinga over the marsh west of the Holiday Beach Migration
Observatory tower. The bird came in from the shore of Lake Erie and
proceeded north low over the marsh and headed up Big Creek towards the Hwy
20 bridge. This bird was first reported on the 18th at Lake Erie Metropark
(8 miles WSW of HBMO) on the American side.

Holiday Beach is on Lake Erie off Hwy 50 southeast of Amherstburg.

cheers,
Claude Radley
