NE winds varied from code 2 to code 4 throughout the day. No precipitation. Visibility varied from 10 Km to 8 Km( after 2pm ) Raptor Observations: One Basic I Bald Eagle migrated through shortly after Noon. A second Bald Eagle ( Basic III ) flew through shortly after 3pm.
