Winds were light out of the east early becoming moderate east-southeast and then southeast by late morning. Raptor Observations: Migration was minimal; perhaps predictably given the warm somewhat hazy conditions and southeast winds today and the general southerly flow the last few days. Ospreys seemed to be the only species that made any significant movement, several being very cooperative, flying directly over the count area.
