Winter Listers: While participating in the Owen Sound Christmas Bird Count today, I and Dave Tannahill found an Eastern Bluebird at the Fish Hatchery, along with a late Great Blue Heron, Green-winged Teal and Red-bellied Woodpecker.
The Bluebird was seen several times during the day, near the feeder between the house and escarpment at 122600 Grey Road 5, at the bottom of Creamery Hill and 2nd Ave.SW. Please respect the privacy of the home-owners. Owen Sound is at the top of Highway 10, 2.5 hours north of Toronto.
