Hello Fellow birders,

Sighted my first SNOW BUNTINGS today, 5 REDPOLLS, 12 AMERICAN GOLDFINCHES, 4
HAIRY & 3 DOWNY WOODPECKERS, 12 JUNCOS, 2 NORTHERN CARDINALS.  At the lake
the following birds were sighted:  1 TRUMPETER SWAN, 4 COMMON & 6 RED
BREASTED MERGANSERS, 2 LONG TAILED DUCKS (OLDSQUAWS), BUFFLE HEAD, 12 COMMON
GOLDENEYE seem to have moved into the harbor of Pt of Newcastle to stay for
a while.

Directions:  Take 440 exit off Highway 401 and drive towards the lake and
drive east along Lakeshore till you reach Stephenson Rd for the SNOW
BUNTINGS
