Saw the Townsend's Solitaire this morning (Sunday, 6 Jan) shortly after 9. It was initially perched on the wire just north of #4 Millbrook Cres. It then moved up to the top of the tree behind that same house where it remained for a good five minutes. Directions: From Ottawa take Hwy. 417 to Parkdale Ave. Go south on Parkdale to Carling Ave. turn right and then left onto Fisher Ave. Follow Fisher south past Baseline Road and watch for Deer Park Road on your right. Turn right and go to Millbrook Cres. and turn left.
