On our way to the Rondeau area, we sidetracked to Port Glasgow and saw a
Northern Shrike perched on a hydro wire on Furnival Road south of Highway 3.
At the harbour we saw 3 immature bald eagles flying over and a Belted
Kingfisher fishing in the harbour.

At Shrewsbury, in the vicinity of Albert Street, we had a great look at an
adult red shouldered hawk quite low in a tree. There were also many Tundra
Swans in Rondeau Bay close to shore at Shrewsbury.

At Erieau we found Common Mergansers, Coots, Ruddy Ducks, Scaup, and a lone
female Canvasback with the Coots in Rondeau Bay.
