On Tuesday morning there were several thousand Snow Geese in the
flooded fields on county road 9 just east of Curran. There were a few
Canada geese, one Crackling goose and a small amount of Northern
Pintails there as well. In addition to these geese, a large flock of
Snow Geese was seen flying just to the west of Alexandria. No geese
were seen in the fields beside highway 34 from Green Valley. A flock
of several hundred were still in the field on School House Road north
of Lancaster.

Directions to Curran flock: Highway 417 exiting north at exit 51 onto
county road 9. The flooded fields are those at the junction with
county road 2.

At exit 35 head south towards Lancaster, passing through Alexandria
and Green Valley. Turn west on Fallow Field Road, south onto School
House Road. Flooded fields on the west held the majority of birds.
