All necessary field marks of a non-crossed wild Mottled Duck appear obvious in my opinion. We heard and saw this drake calling and did not see any leg bands what-so-ever. The images will be forwarded to the Ontario Rare Birds Record Committee for further review including Dean's written documentation. Thanks again Dean for another exciting bird!
