This morning at about 9:30 a.m., as I was en route along Highway 401
travelling eastbound, I observed an adult Golden Eagle circling about
200 m above the treetops on the south side of the highway over a wooded
valley approximately half way between Exit 474 (Cobourg) and Exit 487
(Grafton, next exit east of Cobourg).
