This afternoon, Saturday Sep 13, at 4:30 pm there were two Baird Sandpipers and one Stilt Sandpiper along with various Yellowlegs at the pond at the corner of Fernbank and Eagleson in southwest Ottawa.
Directions: Eagleson Road is an exit from the 417 in Kanata west of Ottawa. >From the 416, exit at Fallowfield and head west to Eagleson then turn north (right) on Eagleson to reach Fernbank.
