The bird was still there when I left at 4:00 this afternoon. Also present were Lesser and Greater Yellowlegs, a few Pectorals, Least Sandpipers and many, many Killdeer. Directions below.

Hi Everyone
Today at around 9:30 am there was a juv. plumaged Long-billed Dowitcher present near the corner of Eagleson Road and Fernbank Road. It was feeding in the shallow water with a Greater Yellowlegs.

Directions: From Ottawa take Hwy. 417 west to Eagleson Road exit. Turn south and follow Eagleson Road to Fernbank Rd. and turn right. The shallow ponds are on your left.
