Hello. As I was enjoying the half-dozen or so Little Gulls at Oshawa's Second Marsh this a.m., a Virginia Rail flew up briefly in the reeds right below the viewing stand. There were plenty of other good if expected birds today, but it seemed to me that this was early for the Rail. Is that right?
