We missed the Eared Grebe but got the Horned Grebe at Rattray marsh lakeshore
at noon yesterday. On the way back to our bike, Angie spotted a male Canada
Warbler feeding in the trees along the boardwalk. It may be there for a while,
since it is good habitat for it...

An unbanded Great Egret was in the marsh along with Soitary and Pectoral
Sandpipers and a few other usual suspects like Wood Duck.....

Directons: From QEW take Sothdown Rd. Left on Lakeshore, right on Bexhill drive
right to the end where you'll see the entrance to the park. Follow the trail to
the boardwalk to the left and there is a short trail to the lake at the end of
the raised observation area.
