Before noon today a number of us witnessed 1 Ross's Goose, 2 or more Cackling Geese and a white morph Snow Goose in the Lynde Marsh, seen from the streetside platform on Whitby Shores Greenway --from Victoria St. east of the Lynde Marsh causeway, turn south onto Seaboard Gate, driving 1 short block south, then turning right/west onto Whitby Shores Greenway--driving along this road towards the lake you will come to a roadside platform opposite houses--you are looking down onto the Lynde Marsh.
