I went to follow up on a tip I received from my friend Stephen Derraugh. At approx. 10:30am there was a BARRED OWL on the Hare Trail at Baxter Conservation Area in Kars. Otherwise there was nothing unusual around, just the common winter birds. Pat DIRECTIONS: Baxter Conservation Area is located off of the 416 at exit 42.
