While birding Presqu'ile Prov. Park this morning, my wife and I were treated to a two and and half hour fly past of northbound Canada Geese coming across Lake Ontario and heading north. We estimate the flocks contained a total of somewhere between 4000 to 5000 geese. A surprise among the Canada Geese was a flock of about 40 Snow Geese. Bill Logan, Cobourg ON P.S.
