I saw 300-400 Tundra Swans in the fields and air around the Townsend
Sewage Lagoons this afternoon at 5 pm. The only Swans in the Long Point
area were in Long Point Bay visible from Long Point end of the Causeway.
Townsend Sewage Lagoons
Hwy 6 southwest of Hamilton, turn west on CR#69 (signed to Townsend) , just
before the sign for Jarvis. Turn left off 69 at the stop sign in town, then
right on Conc 14, the lagoons will be on your right on the north side of the
road.
Long Point is on Lake Erie at the south end of Highway 59
