Further to Dave Shilman's posting of earlier today, the bird was seen again this evening. It was alternating between the wires on the south side of the road and the trees to the north, west of the Monticello sign. I viewed it from 5:45 - 6:45 pm, feeding alongside some E. Kingbirds. There were also 3 Black Terns, a Grey Catbird and a number of Bobolinks seen in the vicinity. Across the marsh via the main entrance was a Common Loon and 4 Pied Billed Grebes, in addition to Herring Gulls, 2 Double -crested Cormorants and a couple of Belted Kingfishers. See previous postings for directions. Good birding. Paloma Plant
