Today at Frenchman's Bay.

 

2 Red Knots

2 Bairds Sandpipers

1 Short-billed Dowitcher

Lots of Least, Semi's, Pectorals and Lesser Yellowlegs. Saturday there were at 
least 4 Stilt Sandpipers but they were absent from view today.

Also today buzzing the shorebirds there was both a  Merlin and a Peregrine. 

Close looks can be had if you venture out into the mud flats. 

 

 

 

Directions: Exit 401 at White's Road and go south to Bayly then east until you 
see the Gingerbread Centre (a low brown building all by itself in a large 
parking lot) on your right... park in their parking lot and walk east from the 
SE edge of the parking lot and follow the trail to the marsh then cross  the 
creek  to the mud flats where the creek meets Frenchman's Bay. Boots required.
