Hi birders
At 2:00 p.m. there was 1 black vulture soaring over Ault Island causeway. It
came quite low (150-200 ft.) and was well seen . It drew my attention by it`s
flat profile and repeated 2 and 3 wing beats followed by a short glide not the
typical `v` of the similar turkey vulture.

Ault Island is accessed from highway #2 just east of Upper Canada Village
between Morrisburg and Ingleside in eastern Ontario. See mapquest.
