Greetings Ontbirders, Early this afternoon, my father Don and I heard and then spotted a Boreal Chickadee in a small grouping of Black-cappeds at Presqu'ile's Owen Point. Other birds of note from our outing include 1 Snow Bunting on the gravel bar off Owen Point and at least 2 Lapland Longspurs on Gull Island. Gull Island can be accessed with the use of hip waders on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Presqu'ile is well singed south of 401 Exit 509. Happy Birding!
