My wife Beth spotted a juvenile Northern Goshawk west of Ottawa on November 1 
afternoon.  I got a picture that is harshly backlit and the bird was partially 
obscured by branches...see link below.  We returned to the same area yesterday 
but did not see it again.  On both occasions there were Rough-legged and 
Red-tailed Hawks in the same area.
