First seen at 3:15 from the west end of Laurel Creek Reservoir. They were
within a flock of about 180 Canada Geese. I initially saw them 150 meters
from the bridge on Beaver Creek Road (link 1).

Photos can be seen on my blog:

Directions:
A good spot to check from is link 2. To get there, park at the entrance of
Laurel Creek Conservation Area which can be found on Westmount Road North.
Then walk (1.5km) to the lake by following the road.
Another option is to follow the unmarked trail connecting the points at link
1 and 2 - this trail is about 400m.
Enter the conservation area at your own risk!

I'll be at the spot marked by link 1 tomorrow morning at around 8am,
although it is supposed to rain a fair bit!
