The Parasitic Jaeger was still present at Shirley's Bay Ottawa at 1.30pm.  The 
bird was drifting on the wind close to Innis Point, then it would fly 
briefly to mid-river opposite the boat launch and repeat the process again. A 
good scope is highly recommended!

Subject: [Ontbirds] Parasitic Jaeger at Ottawa River

An Intermediate Juvenile Parasitic Jaeger was found by Bruce DiLabio before 8 
am this morning on the Ottawa River off the Shirleys Bay boat launch. The bird 
was on the water most of the time and still present at 10.30 am

The boat launch is at the end of Range rd off Carling Ave west of Moodie dr. In 
the west end of Ottawa
