Hi All As of 12 noon today the snowy owl at Whitby Harbour was still present on the rock wall on the south west part of the harbour, near the small green and white lighthouse looking thing(not the red and white lighthouse at the lake end of the groin)
Also at 3:15 today a Golden Eagle migrated over my house in north Bowmanville, near the corner of Liberty and Concession 3. It is probably west of Toronto by now. Directions to the Owl Exit the 401 at Brock St. in Whitby. Turn south on Brock and continue south across the small bridge with water to the east and west. At the next point where Brock St. is right beside the water you should be able to see the "green and white lighthouse" to the south west. The owl was on the rocks very near to the light. There is parking a couple of hundred ft. farther along on the right.
