Hello Ontbirders:

And so the Black Vulture onslaught continues. This individual soared over
83 Bayshore Road in the residential area of Presqu'ile at about 10:00am
with 10 Turkey Vultures. All vultures were heading steadily NW. I
observed the BLVU for several minutes until it was out of sight.

This is the second park record for this species.

Presqu'ile Provincial Park is well-signed south of Highway 401 exit 509
(Brighton/Campbellford). To get to Bayshore Road, follow the main park
entrance road straight along the shoreline after the big bend in the road
immediately past the Park Store. 83 Bayshore is on the south side of
Bayshore Road a short distance east of the bridge over the Calf
Pasture meadow. Park tabloids containing a map can be obtained for free at
the Main Office at the park entrance.

Best wishes and good birding!
