Heard a Yellow Rail ticking today, May 17, 2012 at 4:30 p.m. just where Judy
Kennedy heard one on Monday-- on the Bluebird Ranch on the west side of
Wylie Road, 0.4 kms north of the intersection with McNamee. It seemed to be
about 25 metres off the road.
Didn't have time to go up to Sedge Wren Marsh.
Directions:
Go north of Kirkfield on Kirkfield Road 6 past the liftlock to McNamee. Turn
right then immediately left onto Wylie Road and go north, 4/10ths of a km of
the west side. Kirkfield is about an hour and 45 minute drive North East of
Toronto
