Just north of Copeland rd on Dwyer Hill there is a pond just near #2980. There are numerous Pipits by the pond, on the wires and in the air calling. Maybe 30 total. Seen at 9 am.
Dwyer Hill rd is west of Ottawa off hwy 7 before you reach Carleton pl. Turn south and go past Bleeks rd to #2980 which is before Copeland.
