At 2pm today there was a breeding plumaged male King Eider just off JP
Sayers Park. Mostly sleeping, and surprisingly easy to overlook with its
head tucked in. Also a few bright male Black Scoters, along with many Surf
& WW Scoters. Rough-legged Hawk was on the service road.
