The female Western Tanager was still at Durham Court Park around 11
am today. It was feeding at the top on one of the buckthorns on the
south-western edge of the woods, or, if you like, the south-eastern
corner of the open area. Wondering about its prospects now we seem
to have a major storm coming...
Directions From 401 take exit # 415 to Stephenson Road North in
Oshawa.
Turn left (west) on Gibb Street (first light after the railway overpass)
then turn left (south) on Waverly Street (at the pedestrian cross walk
lights). It is a quiet residential street with limited parking at
the dead
end where the park is.
