A first winter female MOURNING WARBLER is coming to a feeder at 26 Narrow
Street in Wellington, Prince Edward County. An amazing winter bird for Ontario!
Owner of the feeder, Sydney Smith, says she welcomes birders to view the bird.
As the name suggests, Narrow Street is narrow but one can park on the street as
well as in the driveway, if there is room. The bird first arrived three days
ago, and was confirmed today. A photo of the bird is on my website under
BIRDING from the Main Menu, then Quinte Area Bird Report.

Narrow Street is about mid way along the main street of Wellington. Take
Highway 33 from Carrying Place to Wellington, or Highway 62 from Belleville to
Bloomfield, then right on Highway 33 at the Mac’s Milk store and follow to
Wellington.
