Hi Birders,

The Snowy Egret I reported on the 2nd is still present as of 12:30pm today.
Nathan Miller observed it largely in the same location in the main cell.

Last Wednesday (August 28th) Nathan and Patrick Deacon observed 2 small egrets
with yellow feet flying out of the Thames River at Lighthouse Cove towards Lake
St. Clair, so it appears there are likely up to 2 Snowy Egrets in the area.
Birders looking for them would do well checking Lighthouse Cove, the Thames
River, and areas between Lighthouse Cove and the Lake St. Clair NWR (asides
from the lagoons).

Best of luck!
Ken Burrell
