2 great Egrets flying southeast over the intersection of Fischer-Hallman and Westmount at 7:42pm. Most likely flying from laurentian wetlands to Huron Natural Area to roost for the night. No tags visible. This is a common flight path for great blue herons each night through the summer/fall.
Great Egrets are uncommon to the area, but a couple usually turn up each fall in storm ponds or wetlands in the area. Sent from my BlackBerry 10 smartphone on the Rogers network.
