I have received a text from Brett Fried that the Eared Grebe was seen at 7:30 a.m. in the almost frozen McMillan Pit in Puslinch.
Directions. Take Highway 6 to Calfass Road which is located in the small town of Morriston. Go west on Calfass to Concession 7, north on Concession 7 to Consession 2 Puslinch. Go west on concession 2 Puslinch and you will start seeing all the quarry pits which are well signed. McMillan PIt is on the south side of the road. If you get to Downey Road which is Wellington Road 35 you have gone too far west.
