Ontbirders,

This bird has been present for a couple days but has not been posted. I try
to do my best to post all local rarities but this one slipped through the
cracks.I am only flech and blood but I understand many of you think I am a
well oiled machine. I am sorry I forgot about this as it shows my
negligence and complete disregard for Ontbirders.

Two evenings ago, March, 24, Christopher Dunn reported:

Snow Goose: 2
Ross's Goose:1
At the Rock Chapel Golf Course in Flamborough. The birds were present from
maybe 2:00 Pm till near dusk where the birds flew to nearby corn fields to
graze.

This morning, David Pryor and I visited the course where we found the
ROSS'S GOOSE with many Canadas. This was around 9:30 Am, and until early
afternoon this bird was viewed, until late this afternoon when Phil Wagget
reported 4 Snow Geese had come in. All the geese seem to be semi-rliable.

So check the general vicinity.

The course is located on the north side of Hwy 5 (Dundas) in Flamborough.
West of Hwy 6. Travel west on Hwy 5 from # 6 and on the north side you will
see the course.

Check all the geese.
