This morning at 8:30 I found one Eastern Meadowlark and one Eastern Phoebe on High Road south of the Ottawa Airport.
To reach High Road, travel south from Ottawa on Riverside Drive. Riverside transforms to Limebank and you should turn left on Earl Armstrong heading east. Earl Armstrong takes a small jog and then ends at a T-junction which is High Road. The birds are to the left of this junction.
