Hi Alan, I've been in contact with Bonnie Fera this morning, and she said that the photos posted on Flickr are of the same bird, just different poses. There were a pair of them at the location late yesterday afternoon. Early last night, another local birder relocated and photographed them.
Bonnie will be submitting photos of each bird and a report to Mike Burrell, ORBC.
