The update is that the bird has NOT been reseen today that I can tell. A thorough search has been conducted. There are many gulls here so it could be hiding in one of the groups on one of the docks or behind a boat.
Directions. Qew Toronto exit Mississauga road go south to lakeshore, then go east on lakeshore and you will cross the credit river. Take your next right and follow that street to park behind snug harbour restaurant and begin searching in vain.
