4 Fledgling bobolinks were seen with adults at 7am July 14 at corner of Chapman and McPhail, just west of barn, north side of road. Another nest is east of house but fledglings not seen yet.
There seems to be an abundance of fledglings this season, not sure if last year's late hay harvest (due to bad weather) contributed or if they moved eastward along the road due to brushing. Kerr Field. Go north from Bruce Mines on 638, over railway tracks and turn east on McPhail.
