The EARED GREBE continues to be seen from the lookout north of the CCIW parking lot, in Hamilton. Today, Barry Coombs , Joanne Redwood, and I had the bird in the sheltered bay south of the first main island if you are looking north from the CCIW parking lot. It is loosely associating with up up to 8 Horned Grebes. >From Toronto, take the QEW Niagara. Once in Burlington, before you cross the Skyway bridge, you will take the eastport drive exit. At your first lights, go right and park in the lot here where you will see the islands in the bay directly north of you. The grebe should be in the sheltered bay or nearby.
