Dominated by Harriers and highlighted by a close encounter with a Golden Eagle low over the tower. Non-raptor Observations: American Pipits 27, American Robins 14, Red-winged Black Birds 10, Rusty Blackbirds 12, American Goldfinch 4, European Starling 90, Common Merganser 7, Duck sp. 650, Bonaparte's Gull 1. Tundra Swan 82. Predictions: Light rain until mid-morning then overcast.
