We just spotted a Tricolored Heron flying southeast over Robson Rd, a kilometre or two outside of the Point Pelee National Park gate. It was flying approximately over Erie Shores golf course toward the inlet of Sturgeon Creek. We lost track of it in flight and will hopefully refind it this afternoon. Robson Rd runs along the beach of Lake Erie, slightly southeast of Leamington in Essex County.
