Today I watched a Northern Shrike hovering above my back yard. They are
intermittent winter visitors to our property and it's always nice to see
them so close. The Red Bellied Woodpeckers have also returned.
Location is 1033 14th Concession East, Brockton. From Walkerton, go north
on Bruce Rd 19 to the 7th concession and turn left (west). Travel about 2
km to the one lane bridge and our place is on the left (south).
