Hi, everyone, Happy New Year! Early this afternoon a Varied Thrush showed up under my feeder. It wasn't very consistent about showing itself but did show up again after 4 pm so I think it might stick around. Here is a link to a photo: https://www.flickr.com/photos/127945801@N07/
I'm afraid the land behind my house where the bird is likely hanging out is private property and the owner won't want anyone trespassing, so searching randomly for it won't be possible.
