Birders:

The White-winged Dove was still being seen at Rondeau at least into the middle
of the afternoon today. However it can move around quite a bit. Shortly after
Dan and I saw it at cottage lot 17134, it flew north and out of sight. I
re-found the bird later, and right at the same location where it was first seen
this morning, at lot 17266. There is a feeder beside that cottage, and the bird
was observed to hunt for food under it on at least one occasion. It spent most
of its time in the willow tree closer to the road.

Directions: exit Hwy 401 at interchange 101 and head south on Chatham-Kent Road
15 straight to the park entrance. The bird was along Lakeshore Road, south of
the Visitor Centre.

Just had the bird calling across from 17134 in the woods. It then flew and
landed on 17134 then onto 17140. Seems to be moving around a bit. Moving north
and calling. With Allen Woodliffe

The bird is still present, now at 17256 Lakeshore. It has been calling
frequently.
