He's at the public boat launch at corner of Main and Bonnechere. Cobden is on Highway 17, east of Ottawa about 30 minutes from Pembroke. He thinks it's a murre, maybe Common, definitely an alcid. He's hoping someone can get there to check it oout. Scope needed.
